Associate Level Therapist Job/Contract Openings

Carolina Counseling Services is looking to contract with enthusiastic, associate level clinicians in North Carolina. Specifically friendly, client-centered Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associates (LCSWAs) and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associates (LCMHCAs) who are looking for an opportunity to work in a relaxed, welcoming, low stress environment.

1. We are searching to contract with warm, caring and helpful therapists to provide Behavioral Health (therapy) services to our clients in the local area of the office near Fayetteville, Southern Pines, Durham, Sanford, Cameron and all over NC through online therapy.

  • Specifically, we are looking for therapists who work with children (5+) and their parents, teens, adults and couples.
2. A prospective contractor must be independent, and be able to utilize computer/mobile technology with ease.
  • For this primarily Medicaid contractor, $24-35 per 60 minute session will be average “take home” (based on Insurance allowance, CPT code etc.)

  • Mentoring will be available as you work toward full licensure! Assistance with finding a supervisor will also be available.

    • Please Note: It is a MUST to be provisionally licensed to practice in the state of NC.
    • Cover letter is required. If you do not include a cover letter, you will not be considered.
    • Resume is required.

* Carolina Counseling Services (CCS) contracts with professional, qualified, licensed clinicians, that provide a friendly, safe and relaxed atmosphere to all clients.

*Contractors: All CCS Contractor positions are defined the same as Independent Contractors. Independent Contractors are responsible for filing and paying taxes on income earned from CCS. CCS does not withhold Federal, State, Social Security and/or Medicare taxes. CCS does not provide worker’s compensation or health insurance. Working as an Independent Contractor allows you the opportunity to be more in control of your time and income.
