Psychiatric Provider Job/Contract Openings

Carolina Counseling Services is looking to contract with skilled, licensed Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and Psychiatric Physician Assistants (PA) who are looking for an opportunity to work in a relaxed, welcoming, low stress environment. You will have the opportunity to be pivotal in expanding our practice to include medication management.

Working with CCS is a VERY enjoyable experience for the independent practitioner who loves clinical work! We take care of your administrative needs so that you can focus on client care.

Applicants Must:
*Be licensed in North Carolina as a MD, PMHNP-BC or PA-C
* PMHNP-BC or PA-C must have a collaborative practice agreement (CPA) in place with a supervising physician
* Have two years experience working in a private practice setting prescribing and treating behavioral health clients

1. We are searching for a warm, caring provider for contracting positions providing medication management to our clients in North Carolina.

  • Specifically, we are looking for prescribers who work with children (5+) and their parents, teens, adults and couples.

2. Contractors must be independent, and be able to utilize computer/mobile technology with ease.
  • Carolina Counseling Services (CCS) contracts with providers and creates a safe, confidential, peaceful atmosphere for our clients. The hardest part is done FOR you so you can relax and provide quality client care.
  • Contract/Earnings Information: Taxes, etc. are not paid to the Federal and State government because this is a contracting arrangement, contractors must make these arrangements on their own.

3. We are also looking for Psychiatrists who are interested in taking on a collaborative physician role

* This position is a 1099 contract position. Applicants can expect approximately $140-$170 per hour.

*Contractors: All CCS Contractor positions are defined the same as Independent Contractors. Independent Contractors are responsible for filing and paying taxes on income earned from CCS.
